The Park consists of a series of blocks running north-south with frontages to an internal driveway system. The factory building is comprised of warehouse units typically 10 metres wide and 15.7 metres deep. At the front of each unit is a 6 metre wide glazed office and a 4 metre wide loading dock entry. Above each office is a mezzanine with internal access from the warehouse.
